MLM- Don't Pull Your Hair Out Just Yet!

We are good trustworthy old school people who are seeking business partners. Not just any business partners...people like us that are dedicated to making this work. We don't have it all figured out yet, but we do know that who ever trust us by joining our team will receive our 110%. I've read a lot of information and I know that in order to be successful at this you have to work hard. This is not a get rich quick scheme. I am getting a little overwhelmed with all the promises found online about gaining leads and quite frankly, I don't know what any of them are talking about. I'm yet to see anyone sign up from a Myspace, Facebook, or Twitter account. I am however, getting our name out there and meeting some great people! I've read Mike Dillard’s, Jonathan Bud’s, and Ted’s information about how to get people to beg you to join your business. I haven't paid the $100's of dollars to get their full program yet, but just in the trial process I’ve gained tons of information. They all talk about having the “it” factor and I haven't really learned what the "it" is yet or maybe I have and don't know it yet. I'm working on it. This last Ted guy I ran across sounds pretty genuine and authentic. He asked me to call him and leave a message, and he promises to walk me through the secrets to making thousands of dollars a day. I'll keep you posted. I just know that I'm not going to give up...we are not going to give up! Our “WHY” is very important! I just want it now so bad that I can taste it! I'm thinking of having to go to work tomorrow and I want to throw up.




This was us 6 month ago then I met a wonderful person. I connected with her on Facebook and she simply helped me with a link that wasn’t working on my page. This immediately stood out to me. I just couldn’t believe that someone online was helping me for free. This was odd to me but I appreciated her for it. I thanked her and we kept writing back and forth. What’s even crazier is that a week later she called me. She read something I wrote on Facebook and said it touched her heart. She understood exactly where I was and she wanted to help me. I was taken back by her phone call but at the same time I was falling in love with this woman that I had never met before. Is this for real I thought in my mind? We talked several times after that and in the back of my mind I was waiting for her to ask me for my credit card information at some point. However, she didn’t, she not once asked me for money and she actually told me not to sign up for anything unless I was sure that her program was for me. Needless to say I signed up on her team!

This is a PERFECT example of Attraction Marketing. This is what everyone in our Industry needs to do in order to create loyalty to you as a Brand. Today, we are Lead Experts that God has blessed with the Right Team at the Right Time. Today, I can challenge you to focus on building relationships with everyone you come across...quality relationships, the types of relationships that last a lifetime. In any Industry building the type of relationship that creates an Emotional attachment to YOU as the brand is Key. Let's think about that for a minute...How many of you have a favorite restaurant? You won't go any where else to get your favorite wings becuase Sherry (the waitress) knows exactly how you like your wings. How many of you have a favorite pair of jean? Or a favorite place to shop. What drives you to shop there? What is the benefit you receive? I'll give you a personal example. My husband and I won't go to any other pizza place becuase even before we walk in the door Yolanda will have our drinks on the table. She knows exactly what we order and always takes care of us. The day that Yolanda leaves that place, I'm sure that we will be looking for a new pizza place. We've had instances where she has not been there and things are just not the same. The quality of the service changes. This is another example of being Emotionally attached to Yolanda as the Brand and not the pizza place. If we focus on creating that same attachment to us as the brand, than our customers will continue to shop with us, our business partner will continue to do business with us for a lifetime, and the attrition rate we so worry about in any industry will become a thing of the past. Today I challenge you to build this type of relationship with everyone you come across.




I want to make it crystal clear to you how important it is that you see yourself as a leader, That you OWN YOUR GREATNESS! Tell your story. Study all you can. Become more VALUABLE! And then start teaching!
